Through the contact form on our website, we collect: your child's first and last name, age, the programme you're interested in, your email address, your (the parent's) phone number, and the message you send us.

How we use this data

We use the information you provide solely to:

  • respond to your enquiry and share information about the programme you're interested in
  • contact you regarding an interview, enrolment or class scheduling
  • keep an internal record of admissions enquiries

We do not use this data for marketing communications without your separate consent.

Legal basis for processing

We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when submitting the contact form. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us at info@globalstudio.lv.

How long we keep your data

We keep contact-form data for as long as necessary to process your enquiry, and if you become a student at the school, for the duration of enrolment and for any period required by law for educational records. After that, the data is deleted or anonymised.

Sharing data with third parties

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be processed by service providers that help us run the website and our internal processes (such as our hosting provider or email service), strictly to the extent needed to provide those services and under appropriate agreements.
